Supply Chain Practice Workshops

Our workshop series "Supply Chain Practice Workshops" offers an intensive learning experience through the use of business simulations developed by our education partner Inchainge. The concept aims to deepen participants' understanding of key supply chain topics and pain points. Through hands-on activities and decision-making exercises, participants will work in teams of four to gain valuable insight into real-world challenges.

Industry experts will serve as trainers, sharing their expertise and guiding participants throughout the workshop. Additionally, the workshop format includes competition between groups, fostering collaboration, strategic thinking, and innovative problem-solving skills. This dynamic learning environment encourages participants to apply their knowledge, engage in critical discussions, and ultimately enhance their proficiency in supply chain management.

All workshops are designed for the learner that wants to be engaged in the learning process. We utilize a learning process that integrates theory with applied problem solving.

In this workshop, participants will engage in the business simulation to understand and enhance their skills in managing working capital effectively. They will learn techniques to optimize cash flow, reduce inventory, and improve financial performance.

This workshop focuses on utilizing Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) as a strategic tool for achieving growth targets. Participants will work in teams of four , engaging in a business simulation that emphasizes the importance of aligning sales, operations, and financial plans.

    • Apply demand and supply balancing techniques to develop effective S&OP processes.
