APICS CPIM

To identify what is needed to adapt and renew in today's markets, all internal processes in the company must be carefully planned, implemented and monitored. The required materials and resources must be available at the right time, in the right quality, in the right quantity and at the right cost. All activities must be optimized and forecasts for the demand to be met must be carried out even more accurately. The goal of all these processes is to maximize customer satisfaction by delivering product or service that is in demand and to increase profit by optimizing inventory investment and optimal utilization of resources.

The CPIM seminar provides participants with the understanding to plan, implement, monitor, evaluate and improve production and inventory management in in-plant processes by increasing efficiency, maximizing return on investment in the technology used and aligning all activities. This addresses all internal and external challenges and opportunities.
