In webinars, relevant content is conveyed in a maximum of 2-hour virtual sessions. This format is less interactive than a virtual classroom training, but can also be used for larger groups. In order to promote learning success, we often combine webinars, depending on the size of the group, with simulation games that the participants work on between the individual webinar sessions.
