PMI Production Management Institute GmbH and Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL) e.V. have been cooperating in the field of further training since summer 2019. After two workshops "Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)" held in Planegg / Munich, an APICS certification is now being offered.
The internationally recognized "Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)" course provides supply chain managers with the knowledge, best practices, technical know-how and standards to create and coordinate the necessary "end-to-end" reconciliation along the supply chain, and to effectively manage the relationships within and between all companies involved.
Starting in May 2020, participants can already expand their knowledge in the three modules "Supply Chain Design", "Supply Chain Planning and Implementation" and "Supply Chain Improvements and Best Practices" in theory blocks as well as in the web-based, realistic value chain simulation game The Fresh Connection (TFC). You can then take the official APICS exam and receive an official, personalized certificate "Certified Supply Chain Professional" after successfully passing the exam. You are then entitled to bear the title "CSCP".
