The next Young Professionals Challenge is coming up – this time in Hamburg. Since 2017, more than 300 young supply chain talents have showcased their skills in corporate teams, competing in an exciting business simulation.
This year, the focus is on the benefits of a well-executed Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process – brought to life through The Fresh Connection business simulation. Participants will take charge of a virtual fruit juice company, making strategic decisions in procurement, production, sales, and supply chain management. The goal is to enhance cross-functional thinking, accelerate decision-making, and elevate teamwork.
