Since 2012, we have been working closely with HM Business School and Prof. André Krischke to combine theory and practice in Supply Chain Management in an engaging and hands-on way.
Our Managing Director Andrea Walbert has been teaching there as a lecturer for many years, helping students not only understand complex supply chain interrelationships in theory, but also experience them actively through practical application.
Together with our training partner Inchainge, we use innovative business simulations such as “The Fresh Connection” and “The Blue Connection.” Through these simulations, students learn how decisions across the entire end-to-end supply chain interact — from operations and purchasing to sustainability and circular economy concepts.
What makes this collaboration especially valuable is the combination of academic knowledge, teamwork, and realistic decision-making scenarios. This unique approach prepares future professionals and leaders for the challenges of modern supply chains in the best possible way.
A special thank you goes to all students, partners, and especially to André Krischke for the many years of successful collaboration. We look forward to continuing to actively shape the future of Supply Chain Management together.

Experience Business Simulations Live – Two Events in Munich in June 2026
Anyone who would like to experience the complexity of modern supply chains not only in theory but also hands-on through a business simulation will have two opportunities to do so in Munich in June 2026:
- Young Professionals Challenge – June 26, 2026, Munich: At the Young Professionals Challenge, company teams compete against each other and experience S&OP directly within the simulation — including real decisions, dynamic interactions, and teamwork.
- 2-Day S&OP Workshop – June 25–26, 2026, Munich: This workshop introduces a structured S&OP process in a practical way and applies it directly within the business simulation. Participants experience firsthand how decisions interact across the entire supply chain.
We are looking forward to exciting simulations, new ideas, and inspiring exchanges with engaged teams and supply chain enthusiasts!
