We reflect on the successful participation of our teams in The Fresh Connection Global Pro Challenge. In this event, company teams from around the world compete in their ability to efficiently and strategically navigate their production companies through various crisis scenarios in the business simulation The Fresh Connection.
In this year's German Spring Challenge, the Doka team, including members like Jerome Thomae, Michael Seeberger, and Florian Kashofer, stood out remarkably. They demonstrated impressive performance by increasing their Return on Investment (RoI) from 1.99% in the first round to an impressive 45.69% in the final round. This showcased the team's ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and implement effective strategies.
Similarly, the performance of the Schneider Electric team in the Autumn Challenge was noteworthy. Led by members such as Gianna Heilmann, they consistently defended their RoI, starting at 12.43% and increasing to 15.51% in the final round. Their consistent performance under constantly changing conditions displayed remarkable strategic stability and adaptability.
Both teams thus qualified for the finals of the Global PRO Challenge by Inchainge, where they competed against 40 other professional teams from all over the world. The challenge was to continuously adapt their virtual companies to new market challenges and emerge successfully from crisis situations.

The next Global PRO Challenge is just around the corner. We offer each participant in our ASCM/APICS CSCP, CPIM, CLTD courses a voucher for participation in the German Spring or Autumn Challenge. Additionally, companies can register their own teams to qualify for the global challenge.
