Training Formats / Learning Environments

The combination of training methods, teaching materials, interaction of the participants and the scope of learning guidance is diverse and has a significant effect on the learning success. In order to enable adequate training formats, we combine different media and methods (blended learning) in our training courses. The use of (web-based) serious games and industry or company-specific business cases are important components. Through exercises, experiments and the gathering of experience, individual gaps in knowledge can be revealed, closed in a targeted manner and (newly) learned knowledge consolidated in a sustainable and practical way.

Our participants work on their tasks in face-to-face or virtual classroom trainings, in webinars and/or in self-study and in business simulations. During the Supply Chain Learning Days, participants can also benefit from expert lectures, company visits and discussions with other professionals from 2024 onwards.
