We believe in an action-based learning approach. Adults have to practice, experiment and experience to gain the best learnings. As part of our training programs, participants work on serious games or business simulations, industry or company specific business cases, or our scenario-based e-learning modules. These modules are also used as part of our Supply Chain Competency Assessment. Participants typically work either in groups (onsite class room or online training) on task assignments or alone (scenario-based e-learning modules). By working on assignments, the participants will realize their knowledge gaps and work with the trainer on the respective theoretical concepts and explanations.
