Demand Driven Leader (DDL)

The Demand Driven Leader was created by the Demand Driven Institute (DDI). The DDL Program equips senior and mid-level operations and supply chain managers with the ability to design, implement and sustain a Demand Driven Operating Model (DDOM).

The formal planning and execution method Demand Driven MRP (DDMRP) is the basis and designed to correct the inadequacies and inappropriate rules of conventional Material Requirements Planning (MRP) given today’s more volatile, complex and service oriented supply and manufacturing scenarios.

Target Group

The Demand Driven Leader (DDL) Program is addressed to senior and mid-level operations and supply chain managers. The course is interesting for the following occupational groups: Continuous improvement specialists, supply chain process owner, supply chain managers, and consultants.

Program

The course is constructed in a 2 day workshop format. Language: English.

An official exam must be taken for the Demand Driven Leader Professional (DDLP). The participants are certified after successfully completing the exam and are entitled to use the acronym "DDLP". In addition participants will receive a certificate.
