Lean Production

In the simulation game Lean Production your employees will experience how a real working environment can be turned into a Lean Factory.

Functions such as production planning, warehousing and transport, assembly processes and quality for electricity engines within the industry help to recognize daily problems and to transfer the knowledge through the simulation to the workplace.

The duration of the seminar is 2 days. The Lean Administration simulation game was developed by the University of Applied Science Munich. The seminars will take place in a laboratory at the University itself. Please note that the seminar will only take place with at least 9 participants. It can be cancelled up to 3 weeks prior seminar beginn.
