Supply Chain Management is defined as "the design, planning, execution, control, and monitoring of supply chain activities with the objective of creating net value, building a competitive infrastructure, leveraging world-wide logistics, synchronizing supply with demand, and measuring performance globally."
Education

There is an obvious lack of specialists in the supply chain sector. These days' companies rely heavily on good supply chain experts. These experts are not easily found. Factors in the economy are changing rapidly; global dependences and decision making have become very complex areas. To be able to keep ahead of this continually changing environment profound supply chain knowledge is not only essential but the key to success.
More important than wondering about what to learn is to generally commit to lifelong-learning. Your experience and knowledge could be outdated tomorrow. Only if you are motivated, prepared to adapt your knowledge and experience at all times, will you advance in your career as you become a more viable asset for your company. This process of lifelong learning is called "continuous improvement".
In our supply chain education we cover all aspects of the supply chain and support your ability and flexibility in decision making when dealing with these processes.
